About this blog
We’re already living in a surveillance society. Surveillance is everywhere. This blog is a kind of research diary and clipboard of interesting things from me, David Murakami Wood, on surveillance, security and society. It was originally largely intended for me to order my thoughts and keep a record during my last big UK research project, Cultures of Urban Surveillance, and then I let it slide for a while, but now it’s back and I intend to keep it as a kind of pen notebook, which I am happy to share it with anyone who is interested and happy to receive comments, clarifications, corrections and contradictions.
